The Etna eruption, 18th March 2012

Nice volcano activity during the Sunday the 18th of March as seen as from Meteosat-9 (MSG-2) in 1 km/pixel resolution. There was an strong explosions, that was generating a rising ash plume and a vapor column several kilometers high.
