DRAE SSTV 8 second Slow Scan Television Transmitter Receiver. 
These units were available as receive only or the full transmit
and receive version.

This is the full version. It can automatically snatch and send
pictures from a live camera or  any 625 line video source .  It
sends these as 8 second still black and white pictures as an
audio signal which can be sent over limited bandwidth audio link
such as an amateur radio transmitter or recorded on to an
ordinary tape recorder.  The receive section can receive and
display  the same 8 second signals  from a radio a communications
/ shortwave receiver or tape recorder when the unit is connected
to a video monitor or UHF TV.

Operates on 240 volts 50 hz only.
