Fires in Greece
Following images of August 22, 2009 shows a diffusion of smoke from several huge fires. Images originate from the geostationary satellite Meteosat 9 (MSG-2). There are scanned in visible channel HRV with 1 km2/pixel resolution. The animation time is from 04:00 till 16:45 UTC, 15 minutes interval.
